Verifying your phone number helps us confirm that it belongs to you and keeps your Figur account secure.

Before you begin

Make sure:

• The phone number is active and belongs to you.
• You can receive SMS messages on the number.
• You have a stable network connection.

How to verify your phone number

1. Open the Figur app and sign in.
2. Go to the phone number verification section.
3. Enter your active phone number.
4. Tap Send Code.
5. Enter the one-time verification code sent to you by SMS.
6. Submit the code to complete your verification.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your phone number has been successfully verified.

Having trouble?

Check that you entered the correct phone number and wait a few moments for the code to arrive. If you don’t receive it, tap Resend Code or contact Figur Support for assistance.

Security reminder: Never share your verification code, password, or PIN with anyone. Figur will never ask for these details through calls, texts, or social media.
