Verifying your Bank Verification Number (BVN) helps us confirm your identity and keep your Figur account secure.

Before you begin

Make sure:

• Your BVN belongs to you.
• Your name and date of birth on Figur match your BVN records.
• You have access to the phone number linked to your BVN.

How to verify your BVN

1. Open the Figur app and sign in.
2. Go to the identity verification section.
3. Select Verify BVN.
4. Enter your 11-digit BVN.
5. Provide any additional information requested.
6. Review your details and submit them for verification.

You’ll receive a notification once your BVN has been successfully verified.

Having trouble?

Check that your information matches the details registered with your bank. If verification still fails, contact Figur Support for assistance.

Security reminder: Never share your BVN, password, PIN, or verification code with anyone. Figur will never request these details through calls, texts, or social media.
